Ordered a waffle and milkshake for delivery - everything looked great and arrived on time, but there was no cutlery. Messaged them and someone got back quickly and sorted it without any fuss. Stuff happens, but they dealt with it professionally. Dessert itself was spot on. Would definitely order again.
