Went on a Saturday afternoon with a group of teens for a birthday. The staff were helpful sorting out an issue with the lane not resetting properly. Took a few minutes but someone sorted it quickly without fuss. Place was busy but still felt organised. Kids had fun and the arcade kept them busy after. Toilets could’ve been cleaner but not awful.
